11am Morning Service
Wayne Adams commences our Easter series of talks
Good Friday – There is a short worship service at St David’s Uniting Church at 11.30am before the walk of witness down to Market Square in the town. It is currently unclear whether there will be a bread and cheese lunch on this day.
There will be a service at Temple from 6pm to 7pm on Good Friday when Chris Roberts will be preaching.
Easter Sunday – Wayne Adams will be preaching on the most glorious Sunday morning of the church year. The service starts as usual at 11am. There will also be a prayer meeting in the cottage from 6pm to 7pm on Easter Sunday evening.
A blast from the past
Some will remember Cheryl Hollinger's parents Glen & Ethel Sell. This month they celebrate their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. They would be thrilled to receive cards from Wales.
Baptisms and a Family Meal
Mair Turner and Rhys Thomas will be baptised during our morning service of 23 April. This will be followed by a fellowship lunch.
A new Sunday evening meeting has sprung out of the work on Friday evenings amongst the youth of Pontypridd. Please pray for this new venture. Please also note that this is not an open meeting, but is by invitation only. If you would like to know more about this and the Friday evening work, then please speak to Ifi, Ade, Wayne or others involved.
Family Fun Day
There will be a family fun day on Saturday 20 May 10.30am to 5.30pm. Please keep this date free. Details of activities will follow.

If you have not yet signed the petition for Open Doors and would like to, please would you do so today. If you have taken a sheet to collect signatures and have not sent it off could you bring it to church and give it to Maggie Hughes, Tracey Samuel or hand it into the office.
