Christian Motorcyclists Association
There is a Bikers’ Service at 3.30pm on Sunday 25 June at St Catherine’s where you can hear about the ministry of the CMA. The bikes will be on display from 2.30pm outside the church and there is a bring-and-share lunch after the service. It is unfortunate that this clashes with our church members meeting.
Mission to Wales Week
Several of the Pontypridd Churches are joining together in July for a Mission to the town. This is happening all over Wales where churches are coming together to plan similar things. It is organised by New Wine Cymru and is based just on talking to people in the town.
There is training arranged on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 July from 10am to 2pm in St Cath's(to be repeated on Thursday evening – time tbc) On Saturday 8 July there is an opportunity to put this into practice out on the streets.
There will be a joint prayer meeting on Sunday 9 July at 6pm Venue tbc. July 10 – 15 is the Mission week with people going out into the streets for an hour to talk with folks in the town. We are asked to remember this mission in all of our prayer opportunities .
