Tempo - Sunday 30th July 2017

This Sunday

Hedd Morgan on the Lord’s Prayer – Praying with a passion for God “Hallowed be Your Name” Luke 11:2b

Graig Holiday Club

There were 30 – 40 kids each day, culminating in 46 on Friday for the annual Graig Summer Holiday Kids Club.  Lots of parents joined in activities and saw what the club was about, then had drinks and desserts on the last day.  The theme of the week was “Champions” and the key verses were Hebrews 12: 1-2.  Our thanks to all who prayed, helped and baked.

Family News

Congratulations to Nathan (Hallett) and Kelly who were married yesterday.

Lighthouse – Work amongst the Youth

The work of reaching out to the youth of Pontypridd has blossomed over the last year.  Provision of hot chocolate, a safe space and a listening ear on Friday evenings developed further into a meeting on Sunday evenings exploring faith where attendance is regularly over 30.  The Friday meetings continue over the summer, while the Sunday meeting takes a break during August.  If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Patsy Gerrish or Ifi Otung Jnr.
