This campaign organised by New Wine Cymru started on Thursday 6/7 and runs until Sat 15/7 in the same format, which is:- a) gather at St Catherine’s at 9.45am for a 10am start for praise and worship, prayer, some straightforward guidance; b) disperse to the streets for 60 – 90 minutes of personal evangelism in groups of 2 or 3; and c) feedback, testimonies and thanksgiving until close at 2pm.  Thursday saw about 150 Christians (from Abergavenny, Bridgend, Talbot Green, Merthyr, Caerphilly, as well as Pontypridd) flood the town to engage with townspeople.  100 people made a prayer of commitment to Jesus on Thursday alone.  There is a worship, praise and prayer event at St Cath’s today at 6pm.
