Tempo - Sunday 13th August 2017
Chris Roberts on the Lord’s Prayer – “Give us each day our daily bread” – praying grateful provision Luke 11:3
We are grateful and rejoice in the way that God uses us, not just individually in our families and friendship groups, but also via our regular church activities. In particular:
Ø Tiddlers at Temple and PALS – two church led pre-schoolers and carers groups
Ø Craftypatch – a talented craft group led by godly women of this fellowship and others
Ø Awesome Kids and JAM – two groups for children aged 5 to 11
Ø Time Off and Top Up – two groups for older folks
Ø The Lighthouse – outreach to the youth of our town and an exploration of faith for some
Ø Graig Meals and Bible Studies – regular community events and activities
Let us pray for inspiration, vision, guidance and perseverance for the leaders and helpers, and for God’s blessing on the participants.
Refurbishment of the Side Hall
A big thank you to all who have been involved in this work. The next major task is installation of new flooring in early September. The 72 square metres of this costs £40/m². You are invited to adopt-a-square of your choice by donating this (or multiples of it). Please see www.templebaptist.org.uk/adoptasquare for details.
