Prayer Triplets

What is a Prayer Triplet?

A prayer triplet is a group of three people who meet together regularly to pray and share together.  They are a great way of helping us deepen friendships, strengthen our prayer lives, and provide support and encouragement to one another.

When & where do they meet?

At a place, day and time that’s convenient for all of you.  You might want to go on a walk together; meet in town for a coffee; talk & pray over Skype – it’s entirely up to the three of you!

What would be my commitment?

Suggestion is that the groups look to get together at least once every two weeks, for about 30 minutes – for the next 3 months.  If you’d like to continue meeting after that time – go for it!

If you are interested in joining a prayer triplet, please speak to Andy Sparkes.

Art and Craft Group

This group is led by talented creatives Liz Dorey and Meg Adams.  Please come on Thursday 26 April at 7.45pm to our Graig building if you would like to discover and develop your creative skills.

Garth then Afternoon Tea

We're taking Tearfund outdoors to pray for its 50th anniversary! Meet on Saturday 2nd June 2018, 1pm in Pentyrch (street parking near the Acapela Studio, CF15 9QD) to walk up the Garth. Tea, cake and fellowship will follow from 3.30pm to 5.30pm here at Temple. We will be walking in unity for a short interactive bilingual prayer time and thanksgiving and praise for the work of Tearfund over the past 50 years, as well as laying a stone cross to symbolise God's faithfulness to us. It will involve a reasonably steep climb and uneven ground - so walking boots are recommended! Please let the organiser, Sarah Sutton, know if you are coming at sarah.sutton@tearfund.org  Also, please let her know if you would like to help with organising afternoon tea at Temple.
