Art Work of Margaret Elwood
Vivien has inherited a number of Margaret Elwood’s art work and will be displaying them this Sunday morning and next Sunday after each service. There will be a chance for people to admire and to own one by placing a Hidden Bid for them with all proceeds going to Cardiff Concern, which was Margaret’s particular charity.
Christian Explorer Group
St Cath's is beginning a Christian Explorer Group called Start today 10th June at 6pm in the Connect Cafe. The course will run for 6 weeks. Further details available from St Cath's.
St Catherine’s Bus Trip
St Catherine’s is running another bus trip, this time to Porthcawl. It is on Wednesday 13th June when the bus will leave the Muni Hall bus stop at 9.15am for St Marys Church Porthcawl to join their 10.30am Service. There is then free time in the town until around 3.30pm when we return. The fare is £10 per person.

Romanian Trip Fundraiser
You will know that Martin and Dana Davis and Carol and Fran Hoey are visiting the Romanian orphanages they support during the summer.
Please join them for an afternoon tea fundraiser for their Romanian trip. This is on Saturday 16 June from 11am at Gelliwastad Road. There will be tea, scones and a variety of sandwiches and cakes on offer for £5 per person.
There is a women’s Lavish event from 6pm for a 6.30pm start on Saturday 16 June. More information is available from Jess Morgan.
There is a Men’s Fellowship Breakfast on Saturday 23 June from about 9.30am at Gelliwastad Road. Please let Simon Mealing know whether you will be coming.
The next church members meeting will be on June 24 following the morning service.
Trip to Weston-super-Mare
The Time Off group is running a trip to Weston-super-Mare on the 3rd of July, which is open to the wider church. The cost will depend on numbers and will reduce the price of the coach. Anyone interested please speak to Vivien Thomas

There will be a family fun day at Garwnant on Saturday 14 July 2018. Lifts will be available for those without transport.
