Using the building 

The building is used by many different organisations throughout the week both for one-off events or regular activities.

Hire Costs

  • Side Hall without use of kitchen: £20 per hour 

  • Tea Room including use of kitchen: £20 per hour 

  • Side Hall and Tea Room including use of kitchen: £30 per hour 

  • Side Hall and Tea Room including use of kitchen: £120 per day  

  • Cottage Has 3 rooms (cost is for an individual room): £10 per hour 

The Main Hall is available to hire only for a full day or half day. The hire costs quoted below include use of the Side Hall, Tea Room and kitchen. 

  • Main Hall half day or evening (up to five hours): £85 

  • Main Hall full day (up to 10 hours): £150 

You may use our tech system for an additional charge.  

  • Use of tech for half day or evening: £125 

  • Use of tech for full day:   £250 

This includes use of the equipment detailed in Appendix 1 of our hiring terms & conditions document and also a technician (present throughout the hire) to manage the use of the tech and is therefore, subject to availability. The building is fully accessible for wheelchair users and has a separate wheelchair accessible WC.
